The Villa has been tiled in marble throughout and benefits from high ceilings which creates a cool airy feeling.The comfortable lounge comes equipped with two large leather sofas providing comfort whilst you relax and enjoy the fantastic internet TV system. The new LG 48″ TV allows you to watch all UK channels including all main Sports & Movie channels.  You can also view a wide range of European and overseas TV channels. There is a DVD player with many films, an IPod docking speaker, plus a CD player with some music CD’s, board games and large selection of books. The French doors create light and space and overlook the patio and communal infinity pool. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes: oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. On arrival you will find a complimentary welcome pack with milk, water, orange juice, tea, coffee, bread and butter, making it easy for late night arrivals. You will also find a bottle of wine to help kick start your holiday!

The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, electric cooling fan and doors leading onto the patio and hot tub area. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an electric cooling fan. There is a marble ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom which has a bath with shower over, sink and WC. In addition, there is also a separate family shower room with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

There is a new washing machine in the utility room for your use where you will also find the iron and ironing board so you can pack lightly. A lovely large wooden dining table is situated under an alfresco shaded pergola with ample seating which is ideal for sunset BBQ’s and great views across the sea and mountains to Fuerteventura. There is a very large terrace area within the private and mature garden which is ideal for sun lovers who can enjoy the sun beds and reclining sun chairs provided. To cool off from the Lanzarote sunshine it’s just a few footsteps from Villa La Colina to the quiet, large communal pool. In addition, there is a shaded area with rattan seating and table and kettle BBQ to enjoy those lazy, balmy evenings. Tucked into a sheltered area in the garden you will find the luxurious hot tub to soak away any remaining aches and strains. The terrace and garden are walled and gated so young children cannot wander to the pool area unsupervised making it very safe for all the family.

Quality bed linen, hand, bath and tea towels are provided.
Beach towels are also available for your convenience. A hairdryer and a personal safe are also provided.

A travel cot and high chair are provided. In the store room, you will find a selection of inflatable’s, toys and buckets and spades for the children to enjoy.
